My name is John Rhymes and I’m the author of the Bowtrol Trial site. I’m also an avid Bowtrol supporter, and it is my hope that with this blog site, I can help other’s to feel as fit, trim, and energetic as I do at 72. Put simply, the biggest change I’ve had in my retired life is the use of Bowtrol, and I’ve got to say it has helped me to feel like I’m forty again.
